Nurture your child’s self expression and creativity through dance. Students will be guided through warm-ups, release technique-based exercises, and improvisations to ignite our imagination, remind us to breathe, build community, and reach our full range of motion.
Bring lots of energy, openness, and silliness.
Wear comfortable clothing. No special footwear or previous experience required. All backgrounds and abilities are welcome.
The sample structure of each session: a guided warm-up, a series of prompts, a “mining” of discoveries, and a reflection on the process.
