Contemplative Movement Workshops

Saturday Afternoons, Oct 23, Nov 6, Dec 11, 1:30-3:00pm

Join me this fall in a monthly Contemplative Movement Practice, a combination of sitting meditation, personal warm up and group improvisation developed by Barbara Dilly. In this workshop, we will set aside life’s obligations and transition into being fully present together. Experience both an internal/personal focus and an external awareness of others. This practice is open to anyone interested in expanding your meditation practice to movement or being more present in your dancing.

All levels of experience are welcome.
