This session offers a series of stretches to take home with you. The goal of this session is to clear your mind, spend time with your partner or friend, and get your body moving! I provide individualized attention for a fully integrated and relaxing experience. At the end of the class, you will leave with a handout outlining the movement sequence to then repeat in the convenience of your own home. Perfect for beginners.
